BROOMFIELD, Colorado, May 31 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on May 30, 2024:
Governor Jared Polis today signed legislation into law to give local governments the right of first refusal to purchase existing subsidized housing and preserve Colorado's limited affordable housing stock.
