LULING, Texas, May 30 -- The Lower Colorado River Authority issued the following news release:
The Zedler Mill Foundation will make repairs to the historic Fritz Zedler House, thanks to a $20,336 grant from the Lower Colorado River Authority and City of Luling.
The Community Development Partnership Program grant, along with $5,084 in matching funds from the foundation, will allow the foundation to repair and paint the exterior of the 124-year-old guesthouse.
