Minn. Gov. Walz Appoints Erin Lindhart Felten and Dwight Luhmann to Fill Third Judicial District Vacancies

ST. PAUL, Minnesota, May 25 -- Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minnesota, issued the following news release on May 24, 2024:

Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan today announced the appointment of Erin Lindhart Felten and Dwight Luhmann as District Court Judges in Minnesota's Third Judicial District.

Lindhart Felten will replace the Honorable Joseph F. Chase and will be chambered in Rochester in Olmsted County.
