MEMPHIS - Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) today announced that the Tipton County government's "Drug Free Tipton" initiative will receive a $50,000 grant from the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy's Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) Local Drug Crises Program.
