LAREDO, Texas, May 24 -- Texas A&M International University, a member of the Texas A&M University System, issued the following news release on May 23, 2024:
On Wednesday, May 22, 2024, the Texas A&M University System took its first steps toward creating a peaker power network on land it owns across the State to help stabilize the Texas power grid during peak demand.
