TRENTON, New Jersey, May 24 -- New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin issued the following news release on May 23, 2024:

Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin joined the Justice Department and a bipartisan coalition of 28 states and the District of Columbia in filing an antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., which owns Ticketmaster, alleging that the company has illegally monopolized the live entertainment industry.
