Coinciding with the recognition of National Preeclampsia Awareness Month and Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month, and as part of the Phase II rollout of the Family Connects NJ initiative - the state's Universal Nurse Home Visitation program - the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) has issued a Request for Proposal to expand the program to an additional six counties . . .
