SPRINGFIELD, Illinois, May 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of Illinois issued the following news release:
A Monroe City, Missouri, woman, Amanda Carroll, 35, was sentenced on May 23, 2024, by U.S. District Judge Sue Myerscough to 120 months in prison, to be followed by a 5-year term of supervised release, for possessing with the intent to distribute over 50 grams of actual methamphetamine.
Carroll was indicted in April of 2023 and pleaded . . .
