RAPID CITY, South Dakota, May 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota issued the following news release on May 23, 2024:

United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier has sentenced an Aurora, Colorado, man convicted of Distribution of a Controlled Substance Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance.
