Today, Western Caucus Chairman Dan Newhouse (WA-04), Representatives Harriet Hageman (WY-AL) and John Duarte (CA-13) introduced Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolutions to overturn the Biden Administration's recent rule updates to the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
