Today, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-34) announced a total of $7,942,245 in grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for 18 Public Housing Authorities (PHA) throughout South Texas. The grants are provided by HUD's Capital Fund Program which provides annual funding to eligible PHA's to support construction, renovation, or modernization of public housing their resp . . .
