("AEP Texas") of $850 million aggregate principal, consisting of (i) $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.45% Senior Notes, Series N, due May 15, 2029 and (ii) $350 million aggregate principal amount of 5.70% Senior Notes, Series O, due May 15, 2034.
