LINCOLN, Nebraska, May 23 -- Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers issued the following news release on May 22, 2024:

Today, Attorney General Mike Hilgers filed a landmark lawsuit against TikTok in Nebraska State Court, alleging violations of Nebraska's consumer protection laws.
