FRESNO, California, May 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release:
Nathan Vaughn Southard, 34, of Visalia, pleaded guilty Monday to theft of mail by a postal service employee, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
