Young, Colleagues Ask DOJ, FTC to Investigate Exclusion of Andretti-Cadillac from Formula One

WASHINGTON, May 21 -- Sen. Todd Young, R-Indiana, issued the following news release:

Senators Todd Young (R-Ind.), Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), and Mike Lee (R-Utah) called on the Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice Antitrust Division Jonathan Kanter and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chair Lina Khan to investigate the exclusion of Andretti Formula Racing, LLC ("Team Andretti-Cadillac") from entering the Formula One (F1) Championship series.
