Charleston, WV - Yesterday, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), member of the Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC), questioned U.S. Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro on the importance of supporting and expanding West Virginia's Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL).
