WASHINGTON, May 17 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service issued the following news release on May 16, 2024:

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued a decision and order against Scott Alan Sanders, doing business as S.A.S. Dairy, doing business as Sanders Family Cattle Sales and Cathryn R. Sanders, doing business as Fire Lake Jerseys of California, on April 23, 2024, for alleged violations of the Packers and Stockyards (P&S) Act.
