Today, U.S. Sens. John Barrasso and Cynthia Lummis and Rep. Harriet Hageman, all R-Wyo., blasted the Bureau of Land Management's final supplemental environmental impact statement (SEIS) and proposed amendment to its Buffalo Field Office land use plan.
