SCOTT AFB, Illinois, May 17 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Transportation Command issued the following news release:
The Global Household Goods Contract (GHC) domestic phase-in process is on schedule following its mid-April launch.
As of May 13, the Department of Defense (DOD) had sent 28 task orders to HomeSafe, the primary GHC contractor, for shipment requests submitted across the initial sites for move dates between April and June. Eight moves have been complet . . .
