SACRAMENTO, California, May 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on May 16, 2024:
A federal grand jury returned a four-count indictment, which was unsealed Wednesday, charging Stockton residents Rosalva Angulo Castillo, 53, and Adan Garcia Castillo, 45, with conspiracy to traffic heroin and methamphetamine and with distributing heroin, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
