Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, today announced that WALLACE BEST, also known as "Coop," 57, of Bridgeport, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Victor A. Bolden in New Haven to 180 months of imprisonment, followed by 10 years of supervised release, for trafficking fenta . . .
