AKRON, OH -- Today, U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13) announced her second annual Congressional Readers Club, open to K-12 students in Ohio's 13th Congressional District. Students will have from June 1 to August 25 to read at least 10 books of their choosing. Rep.
