SAINT PAUL, Minnesota, May 11 -- Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon issued the following news:
On May 10, 2024, the Minnesota Supreme Court ruled that the Legal Marijuana Now Party did not meet the requirements to be a major political party.
Following this decision, the Legal Marijuana Now Party will need to file a notice to the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State that it met the requirements to be listed as a minor political party (https://www.revisor.mn.g . . .
