Today, Environmental Protection Agency Deputy Administrator Janet McCabe announced a Columbia River Basin Restoration Program Toxics Reduction Lead Grant for $3.5 million to the City of Nampa, a project funded by President Biden's Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
