TUCSON, Arizona, May 10 -- The University of Arizona issued the following news release:
Marcia Rieke, a Regents Professor of astronomy in the University of Arizona Steward Observatory, has been given the 2024 Gruber Cosmology Prize in recognition of her pioneering work in infrared astronomy, especially her oversight of instruments allowing astronomers to explore the earliest galaxies in the universe.
