WASHINGTON, May 10 -- The Federal Election Commission issued the following news release on May 9, 2024:
The Federal Election Commission cited one campaign committee today for failing to file the 12-Day Pre-Convention Report required by the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act), for the Republican Party Convention being held on May 13, 2024 in Connecticut.
As of May 9, 2024, the required disclosure report had not been received from:
