HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, May 10 -- The Pennsylvania Senate Republicans issued the following news release:
The Pennsylvania State Legislature approved legislation to prohibit the use of handheld cellular and other devices while driving, an initiative long championed by Sen. Rosemary Brown (R-40).
"After more than a decade of relentless work to enact this legislation, the passage of Senate Bill 37 marks a monumental victory for Pennsylvania," said Brown. " . . .
