SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, May 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah issued the following news release on May 7, 2024:
A Utah County man was ordered to remain in custody today by a U.S. Magistrate Judge following the death of a woman on Christmas day after he allegedly supplied her with fentanyl. On May 1, 2024, a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging the defendant.
