NEWARK, New Jersey, May 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on May 7, 2024:

A New Jersey doctor was sentenced today to 26 months in prison for participating in a health care fraud scheme to defraud Amtrak, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
