JACKSON, Mississippi, May 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi issued the following news release:

A Neshoba County man was sentenced to 34 months in federal prison for possessing over 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

According to court documents, Marcus Tubby, Jr., 31, possessed with intent to distribute methamphetamine in the Pearl River Community of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Tubby was indict . . .
