WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas, issued the following news release on May 6, 2024:

Today, the U.S. House passed Congressman Pete Sessions' (TX-17) legislation, the GSA Technology Accountability Act (H.R. 7524) by unanimous consent. This bill, which received bipartisan support, aims to implement oversight and transparency mechanisms into the General Services Administration's (GSA) management of taxpayer-funded technology projects.
