DENVER, Colorado, May 7 -- The Colorado House Democrats issued the following news release on May 6, 2024:
The House today passed bipartisan legislation to update Colorado's medical liability laws. The agreement from health care providers, business leaders and trial lawyers will prevent divisive ballot measures and provide certainty for both providers and patients. HB24-1472 passed by a vote of 55 to 6.
