CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, May 4 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news:

Dr. Doug Koch has been appointed interim provost at Southeast Missouri State University effective June 1. Dr. Melissa Odegard has been appointed Interim Vice Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies, effective August 1.
