With the successful go-live of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (Lovell FHCC) in Chicago, Oracle's modern electronic health records (EHR) are now operational at all Department of Defense (DoD) garrison facilities around the globe. Today, the Federal EHR system, known as MHS GENESIS, supports 3,890 locations with over 197,200 end-users . . .
