Today, U.S. Sens. Mark R. Warner and Tim Kaine (both D-VA) and U.S. Sens. Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen (both D-MD) filed an amendment to strip a provision from the negotiated text of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Act that adds five incoming and five outgoing flights to the overburdened Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), which would risk passenger safety . . .
