Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet joined U.S. Senators Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), and Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) to reintroduce the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act (CAOA).
