Today, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) announced the winners of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition. The first place winner for Virginia's Fourth is Ethan Hansen with his hand-drawn piece, "Poker Face." Ethan is a 10th grader at Appomattox Regional Governor's School for the Arts and Technology. His work will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol later this year.
