DENVER, Colorado, May 2 -- The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies' Division of Insurance issued the following news release on May 1, 2024:
The health insurer Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the health care system CommonSpirit Health have been unable to agree to a new contract that would allow CommonSpirit Health facilities to continue to be part of the Anthem provider network.
