DENVER, Colorado, May 2 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on May 1, 2024:
The Senate Health and Human Services Committee today approved legislation sponsored by Senate President Steve Fenberg, D-Denver, to make prescription drug labels more accessible to blind, visually impaired and print disabled Coloradans.
HB24-1115 would require a pharmacy to provide Coloradans who are blind or are otherwise unable to read printed prescription labels . . .
