AUSTIN, Texas, May 2 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release on May 1, 2024:
Governor Greg Abbott today announced that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved his request for a disaster declaration in Texas communities affected by severe weather and flooding early last month.
