Ohio A.G. Yost Stands Firm for Title IX, Student Privacy and Fairness for Women in Education

COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 1 -- Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost issued the following news release on April 30, 2024:

Together with his counterparts in five other states, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost today sued the U.S. Department of Education over the recent overhaul of Title IX, saying the profound changes trample all over the lawmaking power of Congress.
