DENVER, Colorado, May 1 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on April 30, 2024:
The Senate today passed legislation sponsored by Senator Janice Marchman, D-Loveland, to bolster workers' compensation benefits.
HB24-1220 would increase workers' compensation disability benefits limits on temporary injuries to $185,000, and permanent injuries to $300,000. Currently, workers' compensation disability benefits are determined by the claimants' impa . . .
