ATLANTA, Georgia, April 30 -- The Georgia State Senate issued the following news release on April 29, 2024:
Last week, Governor Brian P. Kemp signed Senate Bill 395, "Wesley's Law," sponsored by the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Education and Youth, Sen. Clint Dixon (R-Gwinnett). "Wesley's Law" authorizes the possession of medications that block the effects of opioids in all qualified government buildings and courthouses, including school property . . .
