MIAMI, Florida, April 25 -- The Miami-Dade County government issued the following news release:
This morning, Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, and the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation of Public Works (DTPW), joined Friends of The Underline to cut the ribbon on the second phase of The Underline, at Vizcaya Metrorail Station.
