ALEXANDRIA, Virginia, April 24 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Education Activity issued the following news release:

Dr. Michelle Howard-Brahaney, Department of Defense Education Activity - Europe Director for Student Excellence, announces the selection of Mr. Patrick Martin as the Europe East Chief of Staff for the newly created Europe East District.

Martin, a seasoned educator and leader, will be joining the Europe East District in July 2024 as the District Chief . . .
