WASHINGTON, April 24 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration issued the following news release on April 23, 2024:

Today, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo announced the Department's Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding a $2.1 million grant to the Coahoma County Board of Supervisors in Clarksdale, Mississippi, for roadway and water infrastructure improvements to support manufacturing and job growth.
