Senator Jon Ossoff is working to cut taxes for teachers in Georgia.
Today, Sen. Ossoff is pushing to pass the Educators Expense Deduction Modernization Act of 2023, bipartisan legislation he co-sponsored to expand the maximum deduction amount teachers can claim on their tax return to recoup out-of-pocket costs spent on classroom supplies.
