PIERRE, South Dakota, April 23 -- The South Dakota Legislative Research Council issued the following news release on April 22, 2024:
Jeff Mehlhaff, Chief Fiscal Analyst with the Legislative Research Council (LRC), will now also serve as LRC's Deputy Director, while principal legislative attorney Anita Thomas is moving up into the Chief Research and Legal Analyst position. Their appointments, made by LRC Director John McCullough, became effective April 8, 2024.
