On Sunday, April 21, the City of Alexandria's Environmental Policy Commission (EPC) and AlexRenew, Alexandria's wastewater authority, presented the 2024 Ellen Pickering Environmental Excellence Award to Scott Knudsen and Jennifer Pease.
