SACRAMENTO, California, April 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on April 22, 2024:
Jeremy Michael Benner, 40, of San Diego, was sentenced today to five years in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release for unlawfully dealing in firearms, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
